Office move management of 250 people, ensuring business remained operational. Planning, testing, logistics, time and resource management, BAU Change Management.
Facilities & Building Management (Hard and Soft Services including PPM) Initial team of 14 installation and Budget creation.
Day to day management of facilities team, Catering, Cleaning, Mailroom, Reception, Third Party Contractors for building maintenance managing Service Level Agreements, BAU change management, performance reviews and Budgets.
