Create licensed packaging across 15 licensed brands for approx 30 toiletries lines no deadline, products required ASAP. Licenses include Horrid Henry, Bob the Builder, Fireman Sam, Power Rangers, Transformers, Noddy, Garfield and Snoopy.

Licensor's approval process ranges from on line system to word document completion which made the programme management complicated
Approval process very long winded with approval required by Licensor and Client
Printing processes from suppliers not defined creating complications with product artwork design
