Hands on project management using various methodologies to deliver multiple projects across 3 product streams (CRM, Website & CMS and a bespoke Travel Reservations system) within the travel sector to multiple clients. Delivery of new system implementations to new customers as well as working with the development teams to deliver robust and fully tested system upgrades to existing clients.
Working on small medium and enterprise projects I am able to deliver changing priorities effectively.
I enjoy reviewing the Service Delivery Strategy and look at how we can implement smarter and more efficient ways of working using existing and new delivery tools.
