FLUiiD4 software delivery – End to End software delivery delivered in to multiple retailers to enable the purchasing and creative teams the ability to bring products to market via automation and system integration.
Working with fast paced digital retailers, developers and business analysts to deliver Enterprise Software to their buying & creative teams to enable automation of their process of bringing products to market integrating multiple systems into the workflow. Using traditional and agile methods and tools such as JIRA and Confluence to create internal processes and governance to ensure smooth project delivery.
Using waterfall development process via kanban and agile delivery through governance and delivery cycles, I am able to deliver MVP with actions to deliver further improvements and handover into BAU.
Able to work through issues, offer solutions and support working towards a common goal for both client and business.
Full delivery lifecycle management working to develop requirements with client and analysts. Confirming scope with developers/designers, building and manageing delivery schedule along with defining goals and milestones.
Documentation management, reporting, project change management, testing, user acceptance, training, system delivery, handover to support. Project debrief and lesson's learned.
