Airbus A350XWB Wing Equipping Facility Construction – Facilities Management

The facilities management for the construction of the wing equipment facility was managed over a two year period and consisted of site security, vehicle logistics, catering, cleaning, pest control, road sweeping and wheel wash.

Working collaboratively with the main contractor and the sub contractors, we were able to forecast site activity and manage resource and budgets effectively.


During the two years, numerous revenue opportunities arose which were capitalised for the benefit of the client and for the project. Overall profit made on the facilities management aspect of the project for my client over the two years was £250k.
